After completing beginners 1 and 2 you will be ready to meet the challenge of intermediate.
The course takes place over 6 weeks, once a week in a 90 minute class. Your strength
is increasing and so is the level of tricks you are able to master.
As with the Beginner courses Intermediate includes a warm up, strength conditioning
section, cool down and stretch.
You will explore more elaborate trick combinations and develop your own personal
style.
