Throughout 6 weeks of 90 minute classes once a week you will be adding to your bag of pole tricks, improving on your strength and style and becoming very confident in what you are now able to achieve.

As with your previous courses this class continues to consist of warm up, strength conditioning, cool down and stretch. These are gearing up so that you are still being challenged, developing strength, and ensuring that you are prepared for Advanced 1.
